Before our first visit, we'll want to know a little more about the patient we'll be caring for. If there are any particular preferences or suggestions we should keep in mind, we'll appreciate every bit of information. We'll work with you to come up with a fully customized care plan designed to address the needs of the individual without providing anything unnecessary or unwanted. We're prepared to assist with everything from accompanying patients on social outings to performing light housework.
